Tactical Gamer PR v0.7
Tactical Gamer and Project Reality has come a long way since the early days of v.04. When the immensely popular v0.5 was released, TG provided a haven for teamwork oriented players. With the release of v0.6, an influx of new players migrated to the server and enjoyed what they saw and experienced. Tactical Gamer again led the way in server population and tactics. This could not have been done without YOU...the regular player.
Some Version 0.7 Features
* Commanders may now deploy a Command Post and Anti-Air without the need of an Engineer repairing it.
* All assets will not cost tickets
* Multiple Command Trucks will spawn in the Main Base's. No need to request them.
* Squad Leaders may now deploy Bunkers and Firebase's with Commander Approval.
* Supply Drops are no longer dropped by the Commander. Rather it is dropped by Heavy Transport Choppers and Command Trucks.
* JDAM's may now be requested by Squad Leaders. Use wisely, because it has a slow respawn time!
* British Scimitar both caged and uncaged.
* British Challenger II
* Multiple color vehicles for the Insurgent Faction.
* Militia may now request limited kits from a Rally Point, Main Flag, etc.
* Sniper and Spec ops Kits can no longer be requested at RP's and APC's.
* The Highly anticipated ACOG for the M-16 rifle will now be available.
* 2 Riflemen kits are now available. One has a scoped weapon and no ammo bag and vice-versa.
* Trip Flares
* Mines and Trip Flares must now be deployed in the Prone Position.
* C4 now has a arming time of 5 seconds. If activated before that time, it will be a dud.
* Insurgents IED's now have a new texture model and can basically level a city block
* New weapon deviation, sound and bullet drop effects.
* Operation Archer. An insurgent mode map in the mountains of Afghanistan. It has several towns and villages surrounded by mountain. USMC is a placeholder for the upcoming Canadian Faction.
* Operation Barracuda. USMC must attack and secure a vital island held by the PLA. It will be a carrier based assault complete with both Jet's and Choppers. The island has lush jungle and plenty of bases to stop an American Attack.
* The Battle for Qinling. This is a textbook definition of a Combined Arms battle. It will have Jet's, Tanks, Choppers (Attack and Transports), APC's, etc. The map is the size of Kashan Desert. The map contains rolling hills and trees with rivers and a lake in the middle is as big as Operation Ghost Train.
* Zatar Wetlands. This Vanilla map has totally been revamped to PR specs.
* Alot of the Vanilla maps are now out of rotation.
* Fools Road. Much like Assault on Mestia, only larger and the more tactically sound than the latter. A fight between The British and Militia. I think that this map will be a hit here at TG.
Other Misc. Additions
* Squad Leader, Commander Truck and APC spawning is no longer available.
* Lone Armor and APC's will now have an extreme disadvantage. There is a 30 second wait period before firing both the main cannon and coaxial.
* Spec Op's Class will now have 3 SLAMS and Flashbangs.
* Officer Kit will now be in the default kit menu for Squad Leaders and Commanders.
* Shovels will now be available in the AA kit, support kit, grenadier kit, rifleman AT, and marksman kit.
* No HUD
